Ingredients
- 200g pork
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 200ml water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet cooking sake
- 1/2 teaspoon consomme (by preference, not necessary)
Directions
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks.
- Cut the onion into wedges and the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Place oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Add vegetables to the mixture and fry further.
- Add sugar, water and other seasonings. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
- Check that the potatoes and carrots are cooked properly with chopsticks, fork, etc., and then finish.
